Chickpea hummus is a nutritious oriental snack. You can dip raw vegetables such as carrots and celery into it, spread on bread, or simply eat with a spoon.

Ingredients
- Dry chickpeas 300 g
- Sesame seeds 30-100 g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive oil 3 tbsp spoons
- Lemon juice 4-7 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Ground red pepper to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste

It is better to prepare the chickpeas in advance. Rinse it well and soak it for 10-15 hours.
Whether to peel chickpeas or not is up to you. Without the husk, a softer and more homogeneous composition is obtained, and with the husk, an interesting texture is obtained.
Cook the chickpeas for about 2 hours. You can check the readiness of chickpeas by crushing a pea between your fingers. Leave the chickpea broth, it will still be needed.
Lightly brown the sesame seeds until golden brown and grind in a coffee grinder. Combine sesame seeds with garlic and olive oil and blend in a blender until smooth.
Add chickpeas and 300 ml of broth, continuing to grind the mass. You should get a smooth paste.
Add lemon juice and salt to the finished dish and stir. Drizzle the hummus with oil and pepper before serving.
