Meatball Warming Broth is easy to make with food at hand. Delicate chicken balls go well with vegetables.
Scroll chicken fillet, half onion and garlic through a meat grinder, mix with finely chopped green onions. Make meatballs the size of a small apricot.
In a saucepan with salted water, put the second half of onions, carrots, chopped into pieces, bay leaf and peppercorns and put on high heat.
After boiling, dip the meatballs into the water. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 40 minutes.
Decorate the finished dish with chopped herbs.
