Casserole with salted mushrooms in a slow cooker

You can eat salted mushrooms not only just like that, but also prepare delicious and hearty dishes from them. This delicious casserole will take a minimum of your time and effort.

Ingredients
- Salted mushrooms 200 g
- Milk ½ cup
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Egg 2 pieces
- Flour 100 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. the spoon
- Cheese 70 g
- Spices to taste
- Sour cream to taste
Cooking method
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly from the brine and, allowing the water to drain, cut them into small pieces.
Boil the milk and add the breadcrumbs.
While the mixture is cooling, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add yolks, flour and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the mixture of milk and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly.
Then add chopped mushrooms, coarsely grated cheese and spices there. Whisk the egg whites into a lather and gently add to the mixture.
Then send the mass to a slow cooker, set the "Bake" mode for half an hour.
Serve the cooked casserole with sour cream.
