Puff-ring with ham and cheese for the whole company

This large ham and cheese puff is a treat your guests won't be able to resist. And it will take very little time to cook.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry 250 g
- Ham 125 g
- Cheese 140 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Provencal herbs to taste
- 6-8 olives
Cooking method

Take the finished dough, roll it out slightly (about 3 mm thick) and divide it into six triangles.

Cut the ham as thin as possible, grate the cheese or cut into small pieces along with the olives. Fold the dough triangles into a ring overlapping on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
Spread the filling towards the center of the ring and tuck the tops of the triangles under their bases, partially covering the filling.

If desired, the surface of the dough can be greased with a beaten egg, sprinkled with pre-set cheese and dried Provencal herbs.
Now check the instructions on the dough packaging. Preheat the oven to the recommended temperature and leave the ring to bake for the specified time (we have 220 degrees and 15-20 minutes).

When the dough rises and the top is browned, remove the ring and serve with various sauces. Have each one take off a portion and dip in the sauce.
