Flourless chocolate chip cookies

Flourless chocolate chip cookies have a viscous meringue texture and rich flavor, and are made with just four ingredients in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- Egg whites 3 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Powdered sugar 155 g
- Cocoa powder 90 g
- Vanilla extract 1½ tbsp spoons
- Chocolate to taste
- Nuts to taste

After separating the egg whites, beat until soft peaks with a pinch of salt.
Towards the end of the process, you can add any flavor to the proteins, such as vanilla extract.

This dough is prepared without flour, so you just need to pass the powdered sugar and cocoa through a sieve.

Add dry ingredients in portions and mix with egg whites.
You can additionally put chocolate pieces or chopped nuts in the finished dough.

Place the dough on the parchment, measuring out portions about the size of a dessert spoon.
Lightly flatten each portion of the dough with a spoon. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes (time depends on the size of the pieces).

Chill the cookies after baking, then remove from the parchment. The finished biscuits are dry on the outside and viscous and dense on the inside.
