Stuffed pancakes baked with ham and cheese

Pancakes stuffed with rice and eggs are topped with a mixture of fried onions, ham and grated cheese. The result is a fragrant hot dish with a cheese crust.

Ingredients
- Pancakes 6 pieces
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Rice 100 g
- Salt 2 pinches
- Ground black pepper 2 pinches
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ham 250 g
- Hard cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Boil rice, cool slightly and mix with eggs.

Season the rice with salt and pepper.

Place the filling over the pancakes and fold them into envelopes. Transfer the pancakes to a baking dish.
Yeast pancakes with milk
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown.
Cut the ham into cubes and send to fry with the onion. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Place the ham and onion over the pancakes and flatten. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
Bake the dish at 180 degrees until golden brown for about 25 minutes.
