Microwave vegetable stew with sour cream and cheese

This vegetable stew will cost you a few dimes in summer. The dish can be served both hot and cold. Try it!

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Tomato 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fat sour cream 100 g
- Cheese 50 g
Cooking method

Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut into rings. If it is young, the skin can be left on.
Since we cook in the microwave and not in the oven, vegetables should be small.
Place the sliced zucchini in a tin, season with salt and spices to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the microwave for 10 minutes.
During this time, wash and cut into half rings the tomato, as well as the peeled onions and peppers. Add everything to the courgettes and microwave for another 7 minutes.
Pass the garlic through a press and mix with sour cream, add finely grated cheese. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
The dish can be served both hot and cold.
