This dessert is prepared quickly and with the most basic ingredients. The cookie cheesecake is just as delicious as the traditional recipe.
Using a blender, grind the cookies into crumbs and combine with melted butter.
Place the thick mixture on the bottom of a microwave-safe dish. Tamp the cookies well.
Beat the cheese and sour cream with a mixer, then add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and egg and beat again until smooth. Spread the creamy mixture over the cookies.
Bake in the microwave for about 2 minutes. The recommended power is 700 watts.
Put the finished and slightly cooled cheesecake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Garnish with nuts, berries or fruit cream before serving.
