Baked pancake rolls with mushrooms

To make pancake rolls, you can even use yesterday's baked goods - it will be delicious. And the dish turns out to be very satisfying.

Ingredients
- Mushrooms 400 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wine vinegar 1 tsp the spoon
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cream 80 ml
- Water 80 ml
- Pancakes 8 pieces
- Cheese 145 g
- Greens to taste
- Egg 5 pieces
Cooking method

Chop the mushrooms and simmer them with half rings of onions, and when the latter become transparent, add a little chopped garlic and wine vinegar.

When the excess moisture from the mushrooms has evaporated, add flour, add cream and a little water. As soon as the sauce thickens, you're done.
You can use wine or broth instead of water.

Take a couple of pancakes and overlap them. Put a couple of tablespoons of mushroom filling in the center, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs, roll the pancakes into a roll.

Roll the pancake roll into a "snail" and place in a suitable baking dish.

Beat the yolk of one egg with a drop of water or cream and brush the surface of the pancakes with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and beat in an egg on top of each pancake.

Bake at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until the yolk is cooked to your liking. Sprinkle the prepared baskets with herbs and serve immediately.
