Pasta casserole with chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce

The sauce with onions, garlic and meat broth makes the pasta casserole fragrant, while the milk and butter give it a delicate flavor.

Ingredients
- Pasta 170 g
- Water 1 l
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil 2 tsp spoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Broccoli 340 g
- Butter 1¹⁄₂ tbsp the spoon
- Shallots 1 piece
- Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- Meat broth 2 cups
- Milk 1 glass
- Cheddar 110 g
- Chicken fillet 340 g
- Parmesan 50 g
- Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp spoons
Cooking method
Boil the pasta in salted water until half cooked.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and lightly fry the minced garlic.
Add broccoli florets, add a little salt and cook over medium heat until broccoli begins to soften. Then remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
Heat the oven to 190 degrees, grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
In another skillet, sauté the shallots in the remaining butter until golden brown.
Add flour and a pinch of salt to the onion. While stirring, keep on fire for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add chicken stock and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
Pour in milk and bring to a boil. While stirring constantly, cook the sauce until thick, about 6-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, add grated cheddar and stir.
Combine chopped chicken, pasta, broccoli and sauce.
Transfer this mass to a prepared dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bread crumbs.
Bake the dish for about 30 minutes.
