Tsvetaevsky apple pie with sour cream filling

According to legend, the Tsvetaeva sisters treated the guests with just such a cake. The apple pie turns out to be tender, while the sweet filling wonderfully sets off the taste of the fruit.

Ingredients
- Butter 170 g
- Flour 1½ cups + 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream of any fat content 1½ cups
- Soda ½ tsp spoons
- Vinegar 1 tsp the spoon
- Apples 1 kg
- Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 1 glass
Cooking method
Mix 150g room temperature butter and 1½ cups flour.
Pour ½ cup sour cream into the resulting mixture and stir.
Quench the baking soda with vinegar, add to the dough and knead until it stops sticking to your hands.
Peel the apples if desired. Remove the core and cut them into thin slices.
Brush the baking pan with the remaining butter. Roll out the dough and place on the bottom. Arrange the apple slices on top.
In another container, lightly beat the remaining sour cream, egg, sugar and remaining flour.
Pour the sour cream mixture over the batter and apples.
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 50 minutes.
