Ingredients
- Oatmeal 1 cup
- Flour ½ cup
- Baking powder ½ tsp. spoons
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Eggs 1 piece
- Milk ½ – 1 glass
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
Cooking method
Pour the flakes into a large bowl and grind with a blender.
Combine them with flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Break the eggs there and mix thoroughly.
-
While stirring constantly, pour milk into the dough little by little.
Add milk until the dough reaches the desired consistency - thinner than pancake dough, but thicker than regular pancakes.
Pour vegetable oil into the dough and stir.
Pour two or three tablespoons of dough into a hot frying pan, in the very center, and spread it a little over the frying pan.
After half a minute, check the bottom with a spatula. If it's browning, gently turn the pancake over. If not, wait another ten seconds.
The pancake will grill even faster on the second side than on the first. So watch out not to burn.
-
Bake the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
After the first pancake, it is better to reduce the heat slightly. Subsequent pancakes will cook faster than the previous ones.
