To make your pork steak to your liking, select the required cooking level. There are three options in the recipe: meat with blood, medium and well done.
Combine mustard, paprika and black pepper. Grind the spices in a mortar or other convenient method.
Spread the mixture liberally on both sides of the pork and let sit for 15 minutes.
Steak meat must be at room temperature.
Then coat the loin with vegetable oil and salt.
Heat the skillet. Cook the pork for 5 minutes on each side.
If you want bloody meat, fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. It will take 7-8 minutes for a good roast per side.
After that, wrap the meat in foil for 10 minutes to distribute the juice inside.
