Shrimps in dough with spicy sauce

The seafood is marinated in a mixture of two sauces, rice vinegar, garlic and lime juice. Then the shrimps in the dough are deep-fried and served with sauce.

Ingredients
- Hot sauce 3 tbsp spoons
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp the spoon
- Rice vinegar ½ tbsp spoons
- Sesame oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Lime ¹⁄₂ pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
- King prawns 12 pieces
- Wonton dough 6 sheets
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Water 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil 3 cups
- Sugar 150 g
- Rice vinegar 60 ml
- Water 4 tbsp. spoons
- Dried garlic 1 tbsp the spoon
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp the spoon
- Ground red pepper 1 tbsp the spoon
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp the spoon
- Salt ½ tsp spoons
Cooking method
Combine hot and soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
Add the garlic passed through a press, lime juice and its zest, grated on a fine grater.
Add salt, pepper and sugar and mix thoroughly.
Place the shrimps in the prepared marinade and refrigerate for half an hour.
At this time, cut the square sheets of dough diagonally so that from each you get two triangles.

Wrap the shrimp with dough: wrap the top of the triangle inward, and leave the tails of the shrimp open.
To prevent the dough from unfolding, brush the edges with a mixture of flour and water and press down.
Fry the shrimp in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
Place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, rice vinegar, and water. Keep on fire until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add chopped garlic, hot sauce and red pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Then add flour, starch and salt and mix thoroughly. Remove sauce from heat and let cool.
