Try a new way to make everyone's favorite pastries. Pancakes with a sweet marshmallow filling make the perfect breakfast or dessert.
In a deep bowl, beat the egg with sugar, and then pour in the milk.
Gently add flour, salt, vegetable oil and mix well again. The consistency of the dough should be slightly thicker than water.
Grease a skillet with butter and spread some dough over it. Brown the pancake on both sides.
Prepare pancakes from the rest of the dough in the same way.
Break the cookies into pieces and place in the center of each pancake. Add a few wedges of chocolate and marshmallows.
Preheat oven to 175 ℃. Fold the pancakes so that the filling is inside and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
