Vanilla Cupcakes with Champagne and Butter Cream

Indulge your other half with a delicious dessert. Sparkling wine will add spice to delicate dough and butter cream. And these cupcakes are prepared in less than an hour.

Ingredients
- Butter 110 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife
- Flour 210 g
- Soda ½ tsp spoons
- Baking powder ¼ h. spoons
- Salt ¼ tsp spoons
- Sour cream 115 g
- Champagne 120 ml
- Sugar powder 400 g
- Butter 220 g
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife
- Champagne 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Strawberry to taste
- Confectionery sprinkles to taste
Cooking method
Whisk in butter and sugar for dough. Add eggs and vanillin and stir.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. In the other - sour cream and champagne.
Mix all the dough ingredients thoroughly.
Place paper serving tins in a metal muffin tin. Fill them halfway with dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 18–20 minutes. Check the doneness with a toothpick: it should come out clean from the center of the muffins. Cool them completely.
Beat the icing sugar and butter with a mixer. Add vanillin and champagne and mix thoroughly.
Place the cream in a cooking bag and decorate the muffins with it. Add strawberries and baking powder to the cream, if desired.
