Bread pudding is a sweet dish made from bread baked in an egg and milk mixture. Just 5 minutes - and a fragrant dessert from the most ordinary products is ready.
Melt the butter and spread it over the pudding mug.
Break an egg into it, beat slightly and, without stopping stirring, pour in the milk.
Add sugar, cinnamon and vanillin and mix thoroughly.
Cut the bread into small cubes and dip in the egg and milk mixture. Let it soak for about a minute.
Cook in the microwave on maximum power for 1½ to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the pudding with honey or powdered sugar before serving.
