1. "Bride" salad with boiled chicken
Ingredients
- 4 eggs;
- 1 chicken breast;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 2 processed cheese;
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 50-100 ml of water;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation
Boil eggs hard-boiled in 10 minutes, chicken fillet and potatoes - until ready. Cut the meat and onion into small pieces. On a coarse grater, grate the potatoes, processed cheese, separately whites and yolks.
Put onions in a bowl, add vinegar and sugar and pour boiling water over. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then drain the liquid.
Put chicken fillet with onions, potatoes, yolks and cheese in a salad bowl, grease with mayonnaise after each. Sprinkle with grated egg whites on top. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs;
- 250 g chicken breast fillet;
- 250 g smoked sausage cheese;
- 1 apple;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation

3. Bride salad with fried chicken and Chinese cabbage
Ingredients
- 4 eggs;
- 2 potatoes;
- 400 g chicken fillet;
- 100 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil;
- salt to taste;
- black pepper to taste;
- 180 g processed cheese;
- 70 g mayonnaise;
- 30 g plain yoghurt.
Preparation
Eggs boil hard boiled in 10 minutes, potatoes until cooked.
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, the cabbage - medium. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 15–20 minutes, salt, pepper and cool.

4. "Bride" salad with beets and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 beets;
- 300 g of champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml of water;
- 3 tablespoons vinegar 9%;
- 1½ tablespoon sugar
- 2 processed cheese;
- 200 g mayonnaise.
Preparation
Boil eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. Wrap the potatoes, carrots and beets in foil. Bake potatoes and carrots for about 35-50 minutes, beets for an hour or longer at 200 ° C.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, the onion into half rings. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the mushrooms for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt to taste and cool.
Mix water with vinegar, ½ teaspoon of salt and sugar. Put the onion in the mixture, leave for 15–20 minutes, then drain the liquid.

Ingredients

- 2-3 potatoes;
- 400 g of champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 300 g smoked chicken;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- salt to taste;
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation
Boil eggs hard-boiled in 10 minutes, potatoes - until ready. Cut mushrooms, onions and chicken into small pieces.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the mushrooms and onions for 10-15 minutes. Salt and cool.
Grate the potatoes and whites separately from the yolks on a coarse grater.
Layer potatoes, chicken, yolks with mushrooms and onions, grease with mayonnaise after each. Sprinkle with whites on top. Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
