1. Salad with grapes, avocado and cucumber
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber;
- ½ avocado;
- 1-2 sprigs of parsley;
- 20 g walnuts;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
- 30 g lettuce;
- 30 g arugula;
- 100 g of grapes.
Preparation
Cut the cucumber and avocado into small pieces. Chop the parsley. Dry the nuts for a couple of minutes over medium heat in a skillet without oil. Then cool and grind them with a knife or in a mortar.
For dressing, combine olive oil with mustard and vinegar, and then mix these ingredients with nuts. Place salad and arugula on a plate, top with grapes, avocado and cucumber. Pour the sauce over the salad and sprinkle with parsley.

2. Salad with grapes, rucola and cheese
Ingredients
- ⅓ small red onion;
- 25-30 grapes;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of flower honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 100 g soft cheese;

Preparation

Ingredients
- 2-3 tomatoes;
- 1 sprig of rosemary;
- 400 g chicken liver;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

- 2 tablespoons flour;

Preparation

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast;
- 1 large apple;
- ½ onion;
- 1 stalk of green onions;
- 100-150 g of grapes;
- 30 g dried or dried cranberries;
