1. Salad with ham, Chinese cabbage and cucumber
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- salt to taste;
- ½ teaspoon vegetable oil;
- 200 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 120 g cucumbers;
- 120 g ham;
- 1 chili pepper;
- 4-5 stalks of green onions;
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Beat eggs one by one and salt a little. Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour into it one egg at a time and distribute to make a thin pancake. Fry for about 40–45 seconds on one side and 5–10 seconds on the other. Then put on a plate.
Chop the cabbage. Cut cucumbers, ham, chili and eggs into thin strips. Chop the green onion. Put everything in a bowl and stir.
Fry the sesame seeds in a pan without oil for a couple of minutes and cool. Then combine with sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Add the resulting dressing to the salad and stir.

2. Salad with ham, cheese and bell pepper
Ingredients
- 400 g ham;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 1 bell pepper;
- ½ bunch of parsley;
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise;

Preparation
Cut the ham, cheese and pepper into strips. Chop the parsley. Stir everything.

3. Salad with ham, cheese and pineapple
Ingredients
- 300 g ham;
- 300 g of hard cheese;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 can of canned pineapple slices (580 ml);
- mayonnaise to taste.
Preparation
Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes. Pass the garlic through a press. Drain the liquid from the pineapples, divide each piece in half.

Ingredients
- 5 eggs;
- 150 g ham;
- 200 g crab sticks;
- 80-100 g pickled Luke;
- 1 processed cheese;
- 200-250 g of mayonnaise.
Preparation

- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- salt to taste;

- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 40-50 g of croutons.
Preparation
