Workout of the day: 8 minutes for a beautiful figure and a healthy back

Do each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds and begin the next.
The complex consists of eight elements:
- Lunges with touching the floor and carrying the knee.
- Reverse leg straightening plank.
- "Prisoner squats" with twisting the body (20 seconds in each direction).
- Raising the body with arms straightening.
- Exit to lying position.
- Knee to elbow in a plank with the leg back (20 seconds in each direction).
- Side plank push-ups.
If you need morning work-out or a short workout, do just one lap - it will take 8 minutes. Those who seek to lose weight and work out their muscles properly should exercise longer. At the end of the complex, rest for one minute and repeat everything from the beginning two or three more times.
