10 most popular gifts for March 8

Avito experts interviewed more than 3,000 people and found out what women want on March 8th. The wish list turned out to be quite predictable - it was headed by jewelry and cosmetics. Here are the entire Top 10:

1. Jewelry (41%);
2. Cosmetics and perfumery (40%);
3. Gift certificate (31%);
4. Package (23%);
5. Household appliances (21%);
6. Clothes, footwear (20%);
7. Gadget (16%);
8. Book (14%);
9. Crockery (12%);
10. Car (10%).

Alcohol and pets remained outside the top ten leaders - such gifts for March 8 would like only 5% of the respondents.

What is remarkable unlike women, men guessed right with the choice. According to the survey, first of all they are going to give cosmetics and perfumes (43%), then followed by jewelry (26%), gift certificates (22%), clothing and footwear (11%) and household appliances (11%).

More than a third of the men surveyed (35%) are ready to spend from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles for a gift. Almost a quarter (24%) plan to meet the sum of up to 5,000 rubles. The presentation option up to 1,000 rubles was chosen by 18% of men. At the same time, the most expensive gifts with prices over 10,000 rubles are going to be made by people aged 36 and older.
