Workout of the Day: Toning Your Muscles Without Cardio Load

You will need two stable chairs for this workout. If they don't have armrests like in the video, that's okay, just put your hands on the seat.
The workout will pump the muscles of the arms, shoulders and chest, load the hips, buttocks and abs. Do it at a calm pace, concentrating on movement and correct technique.

The complex consists of eight movements:
- push-ups from the chair;
- back push-ups with legs on the chair;
- "Pistols" on the chair;
- gluteal bridge supported by a chair;
- pulling the knees to the chest with legs on the support;
- raising the leg in the side bar on the forearm;
- lifting the pelvis with legs on the support;
- moving legs from side to side on the press.
Perform each movement 10-12 times. Exercise one after the other with a little rest if necessary. Make three circles.
