Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 115 g
- Sugar 110 g
- Cocoa powder 20 g
- Flour 95 g
- Red food gel coloring 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil 1 drop
- Cream cheese 130 g
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Sugar 35 g

Beat eggs. When the whites and yolks combine, you can stop.
The brownie should be stringy and fairly dense. Therefore, you should not work with a whisk for a long time.

Cut the butter into cubes and melt on the stove top or microwave. Let cool slightly and whisk with sugar.

Then add the eggs and whisk the mixture well.

Now mix the resulting mass with a spoon with sifted cocoa and flour.
Achieve uniformity and stop. If you stir for a long time, you can get a crust as hard as a sole.

Add red food coloring to the dough.
Line a square shape about 20 x 20 cm with parchment, brush it with a drop of oil and spread the dough. Save about half a glass of dough for decoration.
Whisk the filling ingredients and spread the mixture evenly over the surface of the dough with a silicone spatula.
Spoon the remaining portions of the remaining dough on the cheese layer in random order.

Stir the top two layers with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled pattern.

Bake the brownies at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then remove from the mold, and after complete cooling, you can taste.
