Disney has repeatedly money changer schedule of its premieres, delaying the release of expected films due to the pandemic. Last reshuffle was made in June, however, they did not become final either. Deadline reportsthat the movie release schedule was again changed. Moreover, the next permutations even affected those planned for 2021. So all the new parts of "Avatar" and "Star Wars" were postponed for exactly one year.
New release schedule for Disney movies:
- Avatar 2 - December 16, 2022;
- Star Wars - December 22, 2023;
- Avatar 3 - December 20, 2024;
- Star Wars - December 19, 2025;
- Avatar 4 - December 18, 2026;
- Star Wars - December 17, 2027;
- Avatar 5 - December 22, 2028

The movie expected by many Mulanand completely disappeared from the schedule, although it was supposed to come out in the coming months. Now, its premiere date will only be announced when Disney is confident of a successful launch with full theaters. The same goes for "French Bulletin" Wes Anderson.
Other permutations:
- Death on the Nile, based on one of Agatha Christie's key novels, will be released on October 23, 2020;
- The horror film "The Empty Man" was postponed to December 4, 2020;
- Horror "Deer Horns" was postponed until February 19, 2021;
- The Last Duel with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon will only be released on October 15, 2021.
Among the closest premieres that have not yet moved: "King's man: The Beginning" (September 18), "Black Widow" (November 5), cartoon "Soul" by Pixar (November 19), "The protagonist" with Ryan Reynolds (December 10) and "West Side Story" Spielberg (December 17). All of these pictures are due out this year.
