The movie will be available at Disney + for a fee of $ 29.99 (≈2,200 rubles). With such a price tag, the studio, apparently, hopes to cover possible losses from empty or closed cinemas.
Mulan was originally scheduled to premiere on March 27th. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the film was postponed to July 24, and then to August 21.
Mulan is an adaptation of the 1998 animated film of the same name. The film tells the story of a fearless young girl who pretends to be a man in order to join the army. She hopes to defend China by replacing her ailing father. Judging by first reviews with previews, the film turned out great.
