How to cook noodles in a saucepan
Boil water in a large wide saucepan. For 100 g of noodles, you will need about 1 liter of water or more. It should float freely in the liquid.
Add salt - --⁄₂ – 1 teaspoon is enough for the indicated amount. Place the noodles in boiling water and stir immediately. Cook, stirring occasionally. At the same time, the water should boil, but not too much.
To prevent the products from sticking, you can pour a little vegetable oil into the pan. Throw the finished noodles in a colander to drain excess liquid.
If you are making noodle soup, add it before the end of the boil as indicated above.
