Workout of the Day: 10 Minutes to Burn Fat and Build Abs

This high-intensity interval workout (HIIT) will help you burn fat and boost your metabolism, so your body will burn more calories after exercise.
Most of the exercises of the complex are aimed at working out the muscles of the press and hip flexors, but in parallel, the muscles of the arms and shoulders, hips, legs and back also receive the load.
The workout consists of 10 exercises:
- Jumping Jacks.
- "Bicycle".
- Running with a touch of the palms.
- Russian crunches with straight legs.
- "Rock climber".
- Raising your legs while lying on your back.
- "Legs together - legs apart" and a jump to the hands in support lying.
- Oscillating forearm plank.
- Twisting "star".
- Running with a high hip lift.
Perform each movement for 45 seconds, rest the rest of the minute, and move on to the next. You only need to complete one circle.
To maintain the intensity of your workout and get the full benefits from it, don't stop. Remember that this is only 10 minutes, and drown to the fullest.
