Can exercise enlarge breasts?
Women's breasts are made up of different tissuesPicture of the Breasts. Let's analyze which ones affect the size of the breasts, and find out if they can be corrected with the help of exercises.
- Pectoral muscles - exactly the same as for men. They flex and bring the shoulder, rotate it inward. In response to the load, they grow, visually slightly raise the chest. They do not affect the size of a woman's breasts, except perhaps her girth.
- Breasts and ducts. The glands have 15–20 lobules and produce milk during lactation. Ducts are small tubes that carry milk to the nipple. Milk slices add volume only when there is milk in them, the rest of the time they practically do not take up space and do not affect breast size. Exercise does not affect these structures in any way.
- Adipose tissue. Determines how big your breasts will be. Breast size is set genetically, but it can change depending on the percentage of fat: the larger it is, the more voluminous a woman's breasts. If through any energy-intensive exercise you lose weight, the breasts will also decrease in size.
- Cooper's ligaments. It is the thin connective tissue that supports and shapes the breasts. In adolescence, the breast is standing, with age, after childbirth or a sharp increase in weight, it begins to sag. This condition is called ptosis. Exercise cannot prevent sagging breasts or restore tone to the ligaments and lift the "tired" chest.
Thus, we can conclude that exercise cannot increase the size of a woman's breasts, but at the same time it can affect7 Exercises That Will Naturally Increase Breast Size on its appearance. Strong muscles will make her look slightly taller and more voluminous. A strong back and shoulders will ensure good posture and relieve stoop, which will also visually lift the chest.

Push ups
Excellent exercise for the pectoral muscles. Also pumps the back of the shoulders and strengthens the abs. Stand upright, place your wrists under your shoulders, tighten your abs and buttocks. Bend your elbows and lower your chest to touch the floor. Make sure that your elbows are facing back, not to the sides.
Squeeze yourself back into a lying position, keeping the body straight and rigid, and repeat the exercise. Continue push-ups as long as you can keep your back straight during the lift. If you cannot return the body to the lying position without "waves"- it's time to finish.
If you don't know how to do classic push-ups yet, do the exercise from your knees or from an elevation - this will slightly reduce the load.
Do 3–5 sets of push-ups - as many as you can with the correct technique.
