Eggs boiled in a bag have liquid yolks, and the proteins curl up, that is, they become dense.
How to prepare eggs
Take them out of the refrigerator about an hour before cooking to bring them to room temperature. If the eggs are cold, the shells may crack during cooking.
Additionally, you can pierce the shell from the blunt side. This will also help prevent cracks. Insert the needle or other object very carefully and only a few millimeters so as not to touch the protective film inside.
Rinse eggs under running water to keep them free of any contamination.
How many eggs to cook in a bag
Eggs are boiled in a bag for 4-6 minutes. The time depends on the preparation method.
Immediately place the boiled eggs in ice water for a couple of minutes. This stops the cooking process and makes cleaning easier.
