Netflix Released New Trailer for Through the Snow

On YouTube channel Netflix released a new trailer for the upcoming post-apocalyptic TV series "Through the Snow". It is an adaptation of the film of the same name Pona joong ho, who with the painting "Parasites" became a real triumphant of the ceremony "Oscar-2020".

According to the plot of the series, the world after a man-made disaster plunged into a new ice age. The survivors settled on a high-tech train that rushes non-stop along the trans-Eurasian railway. People in it are divided into social classes: at the head of the composition there is the elite, and in the tail are outcasts, forced to put up with slave living conditions.

The series is directed by: James Howes (Doctor Who, Black Mirror), Sam Miller (Luther, Daredevil) and Helen Shaver (Vikings). The cast includes Jennifer Connelly (A Beautiful Mind, Requiem for a Dream), David Diggs (Hamilton), Alison Wright (The Americans), Mickey Sumner (Battle of the Sexes) and others.

Through the Snow will premiere on Netflix on May 25. Earlier, on May 17, the first episode will be shown by the American TV channel TNT, which ordered the show. The series has already been renewed for a second season.
