Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many of us do not commute to work, do not walk and generally move too little. It's time to fix it! Try this short and easy workout of four exercises - it will definitely give you strength.
Exercise will warm up your muscles and raise your heart rate. Move vigorously. Do it 20 times.
If you don't know how to do push-ups, just reach the stop while lying down and come back. Do 20 of these exercises.
Try to squat in full range - not below the parallel of your hips to the floor. Keep your back straight. Make 20 squats.
Lift the pelvis off the floor and return it back. Do 20 reps.
Done! You're stunning! If there is not enough load, rest for a minute and do two more circles.
