This Sunday, April 12, at 13:00, psychologist selection service "Meta" will hold a webinar “Calm, only calm! What to rely on when it is impossible to rely on the familiar ”. It will be followed by the “Calm Elephant” online marathon, from 13 to 30 April, where participants will be taught techniques to overcome stress, anxiety and insecurity.
If you feel that you are knocked out of a rut by the events that have occurred recently - coronavirus, isolation, the ruble exchange rate, then it definitely does not hurt to participate in the marathon. They will tell you what it is anxiety, how it differs from fear, what methods help to cope with it, and what, from the point of view of neurophysiology, happens inside of us at such moments.
Live broadcasts will be held in Zoom. If you do not have time, you can always look at the records. In the process, you can (and should) ask questions of psychologists and communicate with other participants.
Psychologists Kaminat Kasimova and Anna Petrina will conduct the seminar and guide you during the marathon. Kaminat Kasimova is a psychologist, psychodrama therapist, art therapist, trainer of the Institute of Psychodrama, Coaching and Role-playing Training with 13 years of practice. Anna Petrina is a therapist, nutritionist, psychodramatic therapist and nutritionist with over 30 years of experience in medicine.
