1. J&J Official 7 Minute Workout
Official Appendix from the inventor of the seven-minute workout, Chris Johnson. Unfortunately, the text and voice acting here are in English, but each exercise is accompanied by visual animation.
You can train for 7 minutes without warm-up or 9 minutes with a warm-up. In addition, the program contains a library of 72 exercises, and you can create your own complexes from them. On first launch, the app will clarify your goal - just to keep fit, get stronger or lose weight. You will also need to indicate which days you can afford to exercise. In addition, the program will offer to buy a subscription, but if you just close this window, then it will function in a free version.
Seven's interface is typical for similar applications - a round timer and animations showing exercises. The announcer reads out the titles and indicates the time in Russian, so that once you have mastered the technique, you can do your workout without looking at the screen. In addition to the classic seven-minute workout, 7 Minutes Workout contains sets of exercises for the abs, buttocks, legs and arms. You choose what you want to pump up, and the program shows how and what movements you need to perform for this.
7 Minutes Workout also has a tool to track your weight. Enter kilograms each morning and see your progress in a simple and easy to understand graph. The app syncs with Google Fit and Fitbit and regularly reminds you to exercise.

4. 7 Minute Workout App
There are several types of seven-minute workouts in this application: for beginners, for abs, classic, high-intensity and tabata. There is still a full one, but already for 26 minutes. No in-app purchases or additional workouts available via subscription.
Before starting the session, you are shown a list of exercises that you will do. If necessary, you can watch videos in which the trainer shows them. Then you press the Start button and perform the movements, focusing on the animation. The app is voiced, but, unfortunately, it only has English.
5. Fat Cat Workout
It is already a web application that runs right in the browser. There is no need to download or install anything - just open the link on your desktop or mobile device and train.
A funny drawn kitten shows you the movements. Everything is standard - 7 minutes, 12 exercises, each takes 30 seconds. In addition to the seven-minute workout, here you can find another warm-up for those who sit at the computer for a long time, and exercises for weight loss.
