Self-isolation is a noble cause if you go for it consciously and of your own free will. However, simply locking yourself up at home is not enough: you must still take protective measures. Including his psyche.
1. Each dish on the table should have its own fork or spoon, which you will use to lay out the food on the plates. Each family member should have their own personal appliances, glasses and mugs. Wash the dishes thoroughly after eating. Forbid children to drink from other people's glasses and cups.
2. If the weather permits, regularly ventilate the apartment: this way the virus will not linger in the room.
3. Cleaning have to do daily. It is recommended to first get rid of the dirt with a detergent, then walk on hard surfaces with diluted bleach or alcohol solution with a concentration of at least 70%. You only need to work with chemicals with gloves, do not forget about airing in the process.
4. If you live alone then don't forget to communicate with people. Moreover, we are talking not only about correspondence, but also about phone calls and video calls.
5. Sitting at home all the time is also not a good idea. Yes, even during self-isolation. If you have no suspicion of a virus, then it is worth carrying out in the fresh air at least 20 minutes a day. Choose an uncrowded place near your home and go there - if possible, avoiding large streets and keeping a distance of at least half a meter with passers-by. Such walks are especially important if you are not just sitting at home, but you work remotely.
6. Wear gloves and leave them on every time you go outside. These gloves should be washed or changed daily and hands washed thoroughly. Hugs and handshakes should be avoided.
7. Returning home, be sure disinfect smartphone. During an epidemic, try not to bring your smartphone to your face and talk through the speakerphone or headphones (but do not forget to regularly clean them too).
8. Whenever possible, stock up on food in large portions so that you can shop as little as possible. Here is an example food list for 2 weeks of quarantine. It is better to walk to the supermarket, shop for future use and take a taxi home than every couple of days to run to the store next door.
9. And more about shops: Ministry of Health of Georgia recommends if possible, do not use cash during the epidemic. Transfer everything to the card (do not forget to wash your hands after the ATM!) And pay with it. Ideal if your smartphone or watch supports contactless payment.
10. If you are ordering food at home, ask the courier to leave the package at the door to avoid direct contact. Many deliveries have already taken this as a rule, so don't be afraid to feel uncomfortable.
