Tangerine muffins with citrus syrup

Ingredients
- Soft butter 125 g
- Egg 3 pieces
- Flour 120 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp the spoon
- Sugar 130 g
- Kefir 80 ml
- Mandarin 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 100 g
- Lemon juice 60 ml
- Mandarin juice 60 ml
Cooking method
Take butter at room temperature and beat it with a whisk or spatula until it turns white.
While beating, add eggs gradually, one at a time.

Pour in the flour mixture with baking powder and sugar, add kefir and chopped zest of two tangerines.
You can use yogurt instead of kefir.

Grease muffin tins or line with paper. Spread the dough over them.
Bake for 12-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Leave the finished muffins to cool for easy removal from the molds.

Mix all the ingredients for the syrup and leave on the fire until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove the muffins, turn them over, and pour over the hot syrup immediately. Due to the high temperature, it will easily penetrate the crumb.
