Brownie with dark chocolate in one bowl

Our simple chocolate brownie recipe is sure to be one of your favorites. After all, after preparing a fragrant dessert, you don't have to wash a mountain of dishes.

Ingredients
- Bitter chocolate 90 g
- Butter 200 g
- Sugar 270 g
- Cocoa 60 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Flour 185 g
- Flavoring to taste

Choose any bowl or saucepan and place the pieces of chocolate and butter in it. While stirring constantly, melt them completely over low heat.

Pour sugar into the resulting mixture, stir and remove the dishes from heat. Add cocoa and stir again.
Now, while continuing to whisk quickly, start pouring eggs into the chocolate mixture, one at a time. Try to beat the mixture vigorously so that the protein does not curl up in the heat.
Add a pinch of salt immediately and splash in the fragrance if desired.

Add flour, knead the dough with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined.
Do not interfere for a long time. Otherwise the brownie will be tough.

Pour the finished dough into a 20 cm square mold, the bottom and sides of which are covered with oiled parchment.

Leave the brownie to bake at 180 degrees for half an hour. Cut only after cooling completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
