2. Pancakes with fermented baked milk and boiling water
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 500 ml of fermented baked milk;
- 320 g flour;
- 250 ml boiling water;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
Beat eggs with salt and sugar, then combine with fermented baked milk. Add a little flour and continue kneading. When there are no lumps left in the dough, gradually add boiling water. Add baking powder, mix well again.
Leave the dough at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, and then pour the butter into it.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Divide the dough over an incomplete ladle and bake the pancakes for about a minute on one side and slightly less on the other.

Ingredients
- 4-6 branches of dill;
- 4 eggs;
- 120 g flour;
- 300 ml of fermented baked milk;
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- ½ teaspoon of salt.
Preparation
Finely chop the greens.
Separate the yolks from the proteins and combine first with flour, and then with fermented baked milk. Stir well so that there are no lumps left, add oil and add dill.

- 1 egg;

- 1 pinch of ground black pepper;
- 120 g flour.
Preparation
Cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces. Grind with a blender together with fermented baked milk and garlic.
Add egg, water, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add flour little by little and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread a little dough and bake the pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side to brown.

Ingredients
- 150 g pumpkin;
- 150 g apples;
- 230 ml fermented baked milk;
- 130 ml of kefir;
- 150 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of vanilla;
- 300 g flour.
Preparation
Chop the pumpkin and apple. Place in a bowl with fermented baked milk, kefir, cottage cheese, eggs, butter, salt, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Whisk with a blender, add flour and stir again to get a thick, lump-free mass.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour out a little dough and brown the pancakes, first on one side and then on the other.
