Netflix has already begun filming the second season of The Witcher - and the first details about it appear on the Web. Redanian Intelligence, the premier fan resource for the universe of books, games and TV series, shared new details about the caste. So, in the second season, besides Geralt, we will see two more witchers, and the performers of their roles are already known.
The first of them, Lambert, is already familiar to those who played through the games of the series (and many will remember Geralt's rhyme in his honor). He will be played by Paul Bouillon ("Peaky Blinders", "The Executioner"). Fans have long suspected that he would be involved in the series, but the role was revealed only now.
Since January, the actor himself has been posting small videos of his sword training on Twitter.

Yasen Ator ("Backlash", "Dark Heart") will play Koyon. This witcher belongs to the school of the Griffin, and not the Wolf, like Geralt and Lambert, and only appeared in books, but he also spends time in Kaer Morhen.
It is expected that both actors will be shown in at least three episodes, which means that the long-awaited arc with Kaer Morhen was devoted to a lot of screen time. We do not yet know who was chosen for the role of Vesemir and Eskel, but the intrigue is unlikely to last until the release of the second season.
The sequel to the hit series will air on Netflix in August 2021 and is currently filming in the UK.
