- Competition. When conducting an electronic auction you need to get approval to participate in it. This happens after a customer review of the first parts of the application. Item 8. wait for results
Option 1. You won. In that case go to step 10.
Option 2. You did not win. Be sure to perform the analysis of completed purchases. According to the results of competitive procedures under federal law № 44-FZ on the official website of public procurement or in specialized services are published summarizing protocols (see. point 2). Option 3. You did not win, but finished second. Do not relax. It happens that the customer refuses to grant the winning participant due to the mismatch of the second parts of applications (it does not have the required certificates or tolerance). This means that you will automatically become the first.
Absolutely all bidders have the opportunity to appeal against the results in the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The results of the procurement can be canceled if the complaint is found to be justified.
Item 9. With the participation in the auction or tender make provision contract
By law, the winner of the procedures required to make financial support for implementation of the contract, provide a bank guarantee or cash deposit transferring into the account of the customer. Size providing - from 5 to 30% of the initial maximum cost.

Item 10. sign the contract

Item 11. Follow the contract and get paid

If still not confident in their abilities, just watch the market: learn new purchases, the price of the winning participants.
