What do you do in your work?
Primarily engaged in the issues Notamedia strategic management of the company, co-owned by also finance, priorities and objectives of the main divisions. I spend time learning and team of top managers, generating the basic ideas on key projects and key customers.
Successful projects in our company a lot. There are a number of projects in the field of e-government of Moscow and the Moscow region, in particular the "Explore Moscow" - a project of thematic portals Moscow and the region. A number of very interesting media projects, "Echo of Moscow", "dabbler" magazine "Cars." I am happy when people around me whom I love, and I can make them happy.
There are several interesting projects of their own. For example, "Moscow, which has no" or project "Encyclopedia of our region."
Describe your strengths and weaknesses
It is difficult to judge himself. Each of us in his own eyes consists only of the strong points. But to be honest, it's probably one of my strengths is good analytical and systemic thinking. I can solve problems by analyzing business processes, their construction and development. Besides, I think I'm fairly erudite people.
My weak side, oddly enough, is to work with people. I'm probably not the "builder" commands as we would like. There are people who know how to motivate others, to understand the delicate strings of the human soul. My partner - one of those. I sometimes can not be sufficiently sensitive.
What is your occupation?
By education I am a software engineer. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of the Moscow Institute of Transportation Engineers. Started as a C ++ - programmer in the field of IT. Then there was the technical director of the company-developer of linguistic software. by chance it was the same general manager, so we can say that in the field of management and marketing I am self-taught. Life, so to speak, forced.
How do you feel about the academic education?
Philosophical question. Someone has to spend five years in high school, while others have wasted this time - it is better to do something else. I think that I have spent time at the Institute but unfortunately bought a number of very important competences in the field of IT. Thanks to this know how to construct many of the processes in the development of, and it gives me a great advantage in the management of the company, which is engaged in the first development. But my example is not an indicator - a very individual story.
In general, I believe that the human mind is given to all his life he studied and comprehended the world, themselves and God. Now I'm mostly in the philosophical field, I mostly take the universe questions the meaning of life. I'm interested because I almost stepped over forty years abroad.
How does your workplace?
At my workplace two pictures: wife and my spiritual master. In addition to office supplies, there is also a MacBook Pro, iPad and two mobile phones - iPhone and YotaPhone. Plus a bunch of all sorts of chargers and different things like business cards. In general, the person I am neat, in the workplace is always relative order.
The main tool of my work - is Evernote. There are notes, archive, tasks, and so on.
Also, since I travel a lot both in the city and around the world, I have a different traveling-application:
- "RUSSIAN RAILWAYS";
- "Aeroflot";
- Yahoo-weather;
- Google-maps;
- knigochitalka Bookmate and knigoslushalka "Listen!".
I am often used as Pocket application, 1Password, Bitrix24, Reeder. For the soul - "Yandex. Music".
Social networks are actively using Facebook. Messengers use almost everything: Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram. I have a fairly large notebook: with someone on Facebook is convenient to communicate with someone in the Telegram. The fact is that I have a little experience in radio. Together with Sasha Ivy as an expert lead the program "Point" at the radio station "Echo of Moscow". There are many guests always comes, and I try to maintain good contacts.
What is in your bag?
I have a convenient business Samsonite backpack with lots of branches, as I like. And the same case on wheels for travel, go to the normal content is added to a set of clothes and toiletries.
In the backpack:
- a laptop;
- iPad;
- two phones;
- bunch of chargers and adapters for them, including, charger Case for iPhone (it happens that somewhere you are not from the outlet, and the iPhone does not have enough for the whole day);
- headphones;
- rosary - always carry with me.
What's your daily routine?
I definitely lark. I get up very early, at 4:30. I leave the house at 6:30 and the first two hours of the day, in addition to reduction of in order to spend a number of meditation practices. For example, on Pranayama, which in Sanskrit is called "japa" - a repetition of specific mantras in Sanskrit on a rosary of tulsi tree.
I am inspired by people who are really happy and who love others. I am very pleased to be with them, and I'd like to be like them.
The office is important to me to leave early, because I live in the country, and the situation on the roads in the morning difficult. If he did, I spend on the road for 30-40 minutes. Do not have time - I will go an hour and a half at least.
Three times a week in the morning I go to the gym. Twice a week, the food at once in office. In the gym I spend about two hours. So I start the working day, or seven, or nine in the morning. I try to be in the office before most employees to perform tasks requiring concentration and silence, as well as to plan the day of the meeting, prioritize.
I try not to stay in the office after five or six in the evening, in time to spend time with his wife and two children. Again, the time to get to the major traffic jams. In addition, to get up so early, and need to go to bed early. Usually it is at nine or ten in the evening. Of course, it does not always work, sometimes you have to be delayed. But I think that after 18 hours still has nothing good do not work.
How do you organize your time?
I'm man enough disciplined, systematic, things are contained in the order. I have a certain method of time management. In fact, it's Getting Things Done by David Allen.
The basic principle is that you need to free your mind from remembering tasks and reminders to move them to any external storage device. So you can not concentrate on remembering and on the fulfillment of these tasks.
How to pass the time in traffic jams?
I have a huge amount of audio lectures. Now listening:
- cycle is very interesting lectures on biology Ilya Kolmanovsky;
- by religion history Andrei Zubov;
- lectures Dmitry Bykov and my spiritual mentors.
Radio is almost not listening, only podcasts.
Is there a place in your paper work?
Very fond of Moleskine, but in fact had ceased to use them. If you want to make some notes, I use Evernote, and even if there is no computer, you can simply dictate at hand. In this regard, I have almost electronic man.
What's your hobby?
No extreme.
In addition to work and family, basically I am fond of the Vedic philosophy of Indian culture and religion. Our friends have a small publishing spiritual literature. There is a small group that we are going to once a week and have a good time in dialogue on spiritual topics. We can say that this is not a hobby, but a lifestyle.
I do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat meat, fish and eggs is almost eight years.
What is your life motto?
My motto is - it's not so much a credo as a goal that I set for myself: to achieve love for God and for all living beings, regardless of their situation, development, and any positive or negative qualities. I'm trying to learn to judge people just by the way they relate to others. Chief ideal to which I aspire, - people who are related to each other, always keep patience, compassion and love.
My dream is to someday get rid of material attachment and end his life somewhere in a quiet, secluded and beautiful place.
Layfhakerstvo from Sergei Oseledko
It has long ceased to read the business literature, with rare-rare exception. There are many different words, but in practice, almost nothing is impossible to me. I'm more focused on reading some blogs and my mentors, who can gain tips.
If we talk about the spiritual literature, we can recommend the books of our publishing house, we are working with friends, it is called "Publisher 108".
I try to read at least 20 books a year of art. I recently received a lot of fun re-reading "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez and "The Old Man and the Sea" Hemingway. After receiving some of the spiritual experience is still quite different to read.
In conclusion, I would say that one has to understand that he is still not the body, but something more eternal, more spiritual, that is enclosed in the shell of the body - what we call the soul. In this soul have needs, and they also need to try to somehow meet. That is what makes a person truly happy, not money, not fame, not beauty, and so on. Happy person always doing only his relationships with others and especially with God.
