What do you do in your work?

First of all - toil. I am looking at complex problems of growth strategies, studying the nature of the business processes was producing a synthesis of what used to be separate. In general, I strive to be a pioneer, where no one before me was not. At the same time I have enough rigid in itself, which is based on an understanding of the destructive forces of comfort.

As a child, I played a lot on the set-top box, then on the computer, and then began to participate in cyber activities and eventually began making the game itself. I have been doing this for more than ten years. I had time to work on projects such as "territory", "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons", "Technomagic", "Heaven".

Games - this is my way on which I am happy and ready to share their knowledge with their environment.

Games - a phenomenon that can quickly change a life for the better. Over time, I started to learn the game as a phenomenon and saw quite profound processes that are inherent in this type of activity.

• Any process that involves participants, resources and rules, can be called a game. For example, reading a book - a process, reading a book together on the speed - the game already.
• People - social creatures, we need to feel certain emotions and communicate with each other. But in today's world people are so clamped restrictions and rules that they just need somewhere to realize excess capacity. Games - it's a good decision. At least, it is much better than chemical (alcohol, drugs), territorial or social getaway.
• Games are catalysts processes. This is especially true of men, in the nature of which lies the competition. Technically, it is ensured evolution game mechanics, that result in the selection of the most efficient form. This also applies to any business strategy, human resource management and development projects.

Four times did the first course in the different institutions and could not bring myself to spend time objectively useless knowledge.

In truth, I do not understand what can be learned theorist, who has never worked and never sought serious practical results. We listen to the lectures of people who do not understand business processes, not help students discover their talents. Public education (with rare exceptions) does not give any useful information to find and realize themselves in life.

I spent some time searching for the educational program. But safely stopped trying and started practice: settled as an apprentice in a game company. This was the first step on the path to himself. For this work I with pleasure come Monday, I did not want to go home on Friday.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My weaknesses - it's pride, envy, anger, resentment.

People sometimes look for enemies outside, but the main enemy - is ourselves.

Only the presentation, marketing, production and producer's plans and reports. This is due to the fact that at the meetings it is more convenient to discuss the paper when every document before your eyes and you can quickly take notes.

But I think the paper will soon be over, and we abandon it in favor of tablets.

What is in your bag?

I do not wear a bag. I believe that in the digital age, everything has to be compressed to a smartphone, a bank card and the keys to the car, which, however, also soon disappear. Everything will collapse in a non-digital chip, and we will reach the technological singularity.

How do you organize your time?

Development of the game is quite complicated procedure, which is necessary for solving the problem of a large number of employees. First, the producer wrote the concept, then it is approved with the development of the head, then wrote the terms of reference game designer, then the artists and animators of usability-experts implement a design project, then it is integrated into the code, then test, then do an update that accompanies the service of the community, and marketing departments operating services. The whole kitchen, requiring constant attention.

I try to optimize these processes. Therefore, the whole organization of the time I have is the correct distribution of tasks between colleagues and partners.

I spend much time with people, and I think an important aspect of team building business. As the saying goes, "cadres decide everything".

I had to study and implement the production management techniques. For others, these competencies are the growth point.

More, in my opinion, everyone should be formed the most important task, which can not be expressed in money, but should be a core, uniting like-minded people. If the mission is constructive, then the problem has a quick and effective solution. What's your daily routine?

Early rise - from four to five. I try, of course, at 4:00, but life in the city makes it difficult to process.

Then starts communication with colleagues and partners, and so on until the evening.

Of physical activities practice yoga and stretch your body, but without fanaticism. I do not support excessive loads on the body. I think that this only leads to additional wear.
