What do you do in your work?

For the first time I went to the Internet in 1997. And in 2007 I started to work in it.

It all started with a copywriter position, which has been loaded as moderator of several thematic forums. I happened then to maintain multiple web projects from scratch and learn the features of a web project management, basics of layout and slang programmers. After this, the path of development of managerial skills - I was the head of the online group, department, director of Internet marketing, digital is-director.

But in my heart I was always inventor. I told people that I creatives, but this is nonsense, I was the inventor. And in 2012, I seriously wondered why everyone calls me creative when I'm not doing anything extraordinary. So I had a hobby - research methods creative thinking and solving creative problems. First blog, then sending, then the channel in the Telegram and finally - a creative incubator of online courses for individuals and offline programs for companies.

Where did you learn that know how?

I military engineering education, and the current occupation is not connected with the war and engineers. When I was in the military institute, marketing treated with great skepticism, as well as to management and many more which. For example, to consulting for creativity.

In fact, what I'm doing now, I'm an autodidact. I recently really like this word, it is the first time I had hooked Oxxxymiron and ka-tet in the "Machine of progress":

What an achievement in work do you think the main thing?

Best my achievement - it is the realization that except for me I do not need anyone, and full acceptance of responsibility for themselves and their families. And yet, of course, the ability to do a lot of small steps, the ability to make mistakes and make conclusions based on errors.

I went from being a copywriter to marketing director and then I realized that it's not important. What is important is what we usually do not pay attention: feelings, emotions and relationships. And it's not just about work, it's about life in general.

The idea was born in July 2017, and in August of the same year there was MVP of the project - a free online course on the development of creativity. What are the challenges you are facing as they decide?

Wow. I'm still in search of distribution models. The trend in online learning is growing, everything began to sell their courses, the quality is going to hell, the number - into space. This creates a big problem, and is definitely not want to attract people to use standard channels.

One of these days I plan to run a promotional code or a referral program. Testable hypotheses. I do not want to spend money on a classic attract customers. I'm looking for RBIs of TRIZ: people find / recommend my course. Or my course he finds people. Or course not, but people are paying money and getting creative. Something like this.

What mistakes have you done on the road to success?

Oh, I made enough mistakes already. But I like it, I make mistakes from compote. I add the raspberries in it, and it turns out not even disgusting. The first mistake - overconfidence. The second - the curse of knowledge. third - laziness.

I am working on them. I began to think more in the beginning of the project and will carry out inspections cycle. Ask yourself the question, ask questions of people who take courses, and those for whom I conduct workshops. Feedback gives a lot to the development and improvement.

I'm still alone. But scaling products (online courses and workshops) will show the team. I still nothing about it does not know and will solve these problems as they appear. While sure of one thing: people without creativity in the future has nothing to do, and I have to have a solution to this problem.

What is relevant and in demand in your area in the next few years?
