To change your life, change your habits

" This is true not only for the skill, but also for its opposite. Mediocrity - the result of ordinary habits. So, it is possible to develop to the level of skill, to change their habits. 1. Decide which habits you need
We hear of some good habits and then decide to include it in their lives. But consider if it is really you need. So whether you need to I wake up at five in the morning, Run or eat raw vegetables?
Maybe you and the truth will be helpful to get up early. Or maybe you are in the morning feeling angry and grouchy, and it takes away from you all day. So ask yourself, will improve if such a habit of your quality of life.

Do not try to change quickly. Start small:
- Would you like jogging? Start with a walk.
- Would you like to write a book? Write one sentence.
- Want to establish a business? Find at least one client.
- Want to read two books a week? Start with one page per day.
- Want to save money? Do not buy clothes that you wear only once.
4. Use checklists
Sometimes it happens that you have started to develop a new habit, but soon forgot about it. In life there are many unexpected situations. It seems, do not worry if you miss a day or two. But things are not so simple. If we neglect the regularity of habit and will not be generated. Use checklists to remind yourself what you seek, and watch your progress.
Do not forget, you develop habits to get better. Report daily to their performance in the check-list. And one day you will be surprised how much your life has changed because of a couple of simple habits.
