Psychologist and expert on happiness Dan Gilbert, in his speech at the TED reveals a secret that may forever change your attitude to yourself: our "I" changes throughout our lives. That is, the constancy of character, and, therefore, all the rest, after reaching a certain age - it is just a pleasant illusion. ;)
People - it is constantly developing beings who mistakenly believe that their formation is completed. Man, that you are now also mimoloten, fleeting and impermanent, as well as all those people who you were before. The only constant in our lives - it changes.

Most people believe that a person has never changed, and if his character suddenly appears something new, it is assumed that it is the quality he had always, there was simply no reason for him manifestations. In fact, we are changing all the time, and the fact that our "I" after reaching a certain age remains unchanged, just an illusion. ;)
