Everything you need for an early rise - is correct morning rituals

Morning rituals - this is the first note in a new song. When they have to write a song on much easier. Try adding these notes into your daily routine. Sometimes even such small changes can make a difference.

A few months ago I decided to small experiment and altered sleep schedule. I began to wake up much earlier than usual. Some time later, it ended up not very good, because the body has sent me as far as possible and just do not respond to the alarm because of accumulated fatigue.
After some time I realized my mistake:
Get up early to get up early - a stupid idea.

For me, this stimulus became morning rituals. Every day after waking up I drink a glass of water, then wash my face, brush my teeth and meditate. This is the case for the past few weeks and I'm not going to stop.

It seems to me that morning ritual is to consist of two parts: a useful and enjoyable.
Useful things - meditation, proper breakfast, charging - provide the right mood, motivated and continue to do the right thing.
