How it works
Look on my desk and fold seven items including some song or sculpture. Do not think too much, improvise. Take the objects of different sizes and from different materials. Highlight at all no more than 10 minutes. During this time you will have time to experiment, but do not start doubt yourself.
Perform this exercise every morning. The first week in various ways combine the same seven items, then take the other. If you turned the sculpture, put it on a day to prominence. Or photograph and place in the social network.
The essence of the exercise is to find inspiration in everyday objects. And just plain fun! This is the main component of creativity. Do not try to make a masterpiece. Your goal - to learn in a different way to look at the same things.
