1. Wake up early
I believe that everyone should develop the habit of getting up early. However, in today's world it is not so easy to do. There are many reasons why you can not wake up at five in the morning. But you do not need heroics.

If you usually wake up at 8:00, but you want to get up two hours earlier - try to set the alarm to 7:45. Lasted so a couple of days? Reduce the time for another 15 minutes.
