Your employees will not understand you. It's up to you, your child, your future. No wonder that you focus on the maximum pressure, and the sound of a ticking clock to wake in the night. In fact, you'll be the only person in the team, put his life to an end.

This is a very unhealthy situation. But it can not be otherwise.
