In 2005, one year after graduation, the first time we are thinking about opening a family business and in the shortest possible time to implement its plans. Since then, 14 years have passed, but we never regretted it.
During our work together was a lot of failures and victories. We learned to manage, promote, sell, and we continue to develop these skills. What can we do and what we should be ready by opening a family business?
1. Decide who's in charge

7. Separate personal time and work

9. Plan your vacation
